"SDLC stands for software development life cycle, it is a process that enables the production of high quality low cost software, the main goal of SDLC is to produce superior software that meets and exceeds the costumer needs and demand, the SDLC outline detail sections with different stages or  called phases. SDLC enhance the development speed and minimizes project risks and costs associated with methors of production" According to (synopsys, 2018)

Why is so important?

  • makes the project much easier to track
  • the speed of the development is quicker 
  • make better relation with the client 
  • decrease the project failures 
  • decreasing of cost production

What are the models or methodologies?

Agile

Produces releases cycles, incremental changes from the previous release, at every iteration there would be a product testing. The agile model helps all the team members to adress small problema during the release before they involve on more important problems ahead. The team can engage and get feedback during the development process (synopsis, 2018).

Lean 

The methodology of lean is inspiring by lean manufacturing practices and principles, this principle encourage creating better flow in the work processes and develop improvement, here are the seven principles.

  • eliminate waste 
  • aplify learn
  • make decision as late possible 
  • deliver as fast possible 
  • built integrity
